Yes, I know — shake your head in dismay, it’s alright — I promise to move on soon.  But — Becca wrote a wonderful haiku at “On Dragonfly Wings with Buttercup Tea” — and it reminded me of one of my favorite pop culture references of all time.  

And seriously — who isn’t familiar with the smell and taste of coffee?  Even if you don’t know (or if you do know, but hated) Twin Peaks, you can relate, right?  Hot coffee after a cold walk?  Bliss!

Twin Peaks is coming back, baby!  In high school I was a horrible Kyle MacLachlan fangirl.  FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper was so “hawt”.  Besides, what’s not to like about his character:  “squeaky-clean-on-the-outside-but-has-a-dark-streak-inside”. 

Ah yes …it started early ….

And yes, Scott—I’m still p.o.’ed that you made me watch Blue Velvet.  Thanks for nuthin’ bud!
